Primary and secondary public school with preschool
Our school has fully established preschool, primary and secondary school from grades 1 to 9 (ages 3 to 15). We follow the National Curriculum of the Czech Republic and Common European Framework.

Our school is located in a peaceful residential district of Prague 5 – Barrandov, not far from Prague center (only 17 minutes from Smíchov – Anděl), tram 12, 14, 20, last tram stop.

About
Currently we have pupils from several countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Russia, Vietnam, China). Pupils study all subjects in Czech language, as our teachers are experienced to help children of all Czech language levels to access the curriculum and to become confident and successful learners.
Our school philosophy is „Every Child Matters“. We strongly emphasize how children learn and develop. We encourage and motivate them to retrieve as much from the lerning proces as they can mostly due to individual approach to teaching and learning.
We believe in the importance of providing a creative environment that will support our pupils. We use fully equipped specialized classrooms for different lessons. Pupils use ICT classrooms (information and communication technology), interactive whiteboards and audiovisual equipment with up-to-date resources and technology.
We teach English as a second language in all grades from the first grade. From sixth grade German language is added and students have an option to choose from facultative subjects (IT, sports, literature, etc.) as well.
Facilities
Besides many specially equipped classroms, in the areal there is the theatre, 3 fully equipped gyms, multi-purpose sports pitch as well. In close neighbourhood is located a public library, Music art school and a nice swimming pool where our pupils take swimming lessons.
Services
School canteen serves health and nutritious lunches to all students, teachers and school staff every day. Primary school students can stay in a school club where we offer several leisure activities.
